Our private pay session rates per 50-90 minute appointments are as follows:

Intake Assessment
60 to 90 minutes

$150
An integral part of the counseling process, the initial assessment provides important biopsychosocial information that your counselor needs to collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan with you.

Individual/Family Session
50 minutes
$130
Individual and family counseling is a process through which you work with a qualified mental health professional in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.  Individual and family sessions are client-centered and typically last between 50 and 60 minutes. The duration and frequency of the therapy process will depend on your specific needs, treatment goals, and progress.  Many concerns are resolved with short-term therapy, while other more complex or chronic concerns can require a longer commitment before improvement is achieved.

Taking Notes

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide the best quality care to you, regular attendance at scheduled appointments is very important.
Clients can reschedule or cancel an appointment anytime.  However, whenever possible, please notify your therapist at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. Your therapist can be reached via their individual telephone or email provided.
In the event of a missed appointment, without 24-hour notice, the full standard fee for the missed appointment will be charged.
If you do not call to cancel your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “no show.”  After two consecutive appointment no-shows, without contact with your therapist, your file will be closed on the fourth week after the last attended session.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one (1) business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit  www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
